Self-Care, Bite-Sized
by Keerti Kirpalani, AGT Newsletter

As the new year begins, we enter these months with a renewed sense of purpose and optimism. Maybe you even found time to make a few resolutions!

As you tackle your commitments, tasks, and work refreshed, please make some time to add in some self-care! It doesn't have to be expensive, or take a lot of time, but can still have great benefits. Some ideas for your whole family:
  • Meditation or yoga (you can find guided sessions on apps or YouTube)
  • Get more sleep.
  • Schedule an outside break for yourself once a day.
  • Reconnect with an old friend.
  • Try a new hobby.
  • Do some crafting/coloring/art that gives you some quiet space to work with your hands.
  • Declutter your desk or workspace.
  • Cuddle with your pet (or your friend's pet).

With some practice these will become a regular part of your day, adding benefits to you and those around you.

Here's to a wonderful 2020.
